Exchange Schedule

The Postcard Collective operates under a seasonal format, in which a themed postcard exchange occurs once every three months.

Below is a rough schedule of our exchanges. Actual dates may vary from one year to the next.

Winter Exchange: February 1st

Entries accepted October 2nd – December 1st
Notification by January 1st.

Spring Exchange: May 1st

Entries accepted December 2nd – March 1st
Notification by April 1st.

Summer Exchange: August 1st

Entries accepted March 2nd – June 1st
Notification by July 1st.

Fall Exchange: November 1st

Entries accepted June 2nd – September 1st
Notification by October 1st.
